It was brought to my attention today April 29th, that due to a production problem, many files neccessary for the chapter I authored, Chapter 14: Dynamic Database User Poll, were inadvertantly omitted from the accompanying CD. Several incorrect and extraneous files were also accidentally included on the CD. This apparently happened during the CD mastering process. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. This archive contains all the files you will need to complete the chapter and a readme listing the files and their purpose.
